Free Eye Screening & Cataract Surgery Camp
In alignment with our commitment to community health and social welfare, Padam Chalani Foundation, in partnership with Rajan Eye Care Hospital, organized a comprehensive Free Eye Care Camp at the Hindu Higher Secondary School premises in Madhuranthakam.
This initiative aimed to deliver essential eye care services, preventative screenings, and surgical assistance to underserved rural populations with limited access to specialized healthcare.

Total Beneficiaries Screened
Individuals from over 25 rural villages surrounding Madhuranthakam received medical consultations for conditions such as refractive errors, cataracts, and eye strain.
Surgical Beneficiaries
Patients diagnosed with severe cataracts were selected for fully sponsored surgeries, including free post-operative medications.
Eyeglass Beneficiaries
Corrective prescription glasses were distributed free of charge to help improve daily vision and quality of life.

மதுராந்தகம், ஆக. 2: மதுராந்தகம் இந்து மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் சென்னை பதம் சலானி பவுண்டேசன் மற்றும் சென்னை ராஜன் ஐகேர் மருத்துவமனை சார்பில் இலவச கண் பரிசோதனை முகாம் நடைபெற்றது.
முகாமுக்கு ஷோபா பதம் சலானி தலைமை வகித்தார். பவுண்டேஷன் நிர்வாகிகள் ஸ்வப்ணா கோச்சார், ஷாலவன் ஜெயின், பிராஜ்வெல் முக்தா, தினேஷ் கன்கலியா, பிரவின் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலை வகித்தனர். மதுராந்தகம் சுற்றியுள்ள 25-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கிராம மக்கள் தமது கண்களில் நீர் வடிதல், கிட்ட பார்வை, தூரபார்வை, புரை வளருதல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு கண்சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நோய்களுக்கு சிகிச்சை பெற்றனர்.
சென்னை ஐகேர் மருத்துவமனை கண் மருத்துவர் எஸ்.தர்ஷிணி தலைமையில் பா.பிரவின், ஜித்தன், வி.வீரமணி, எஸ்.கோபிநாத் உள்ளிட்ட மருத்துவ குழுவினர் 317 நோயாளிகளுக்கு சிகிச்சை அளித்தனர். இதில் 25 நபர்களுக்கு கண்புரை அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்காக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு இலவசமாக அறுவைசிகிச்சை, இலவச மருந்துகள் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளன. 96 நபர்களுக்கு இலவச மூக்கு கண்ணாடிகள் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளன. நிகழ்வுகளுக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை சென்னை பதம் சலானி பவுண்டேசன் நிர்வாகி ஸ்வப்ணா கோச்சார் தலைமையில் நிர்வாகிகள் செய்து இருந்தனர்.
